The cost of an Energy Performance Certificate for a non-dwelling or commercial building depends on the size, type and complexity of the building. Fees start from £170 plus VAT and this includes the lodgement fee.

The cost of a domestic EPC will be between £50-£60 plus VAT depending on the property's location and this includes the lodgement fee.
